Sharks are among the world's oldest animals, and have survived virtually unchanged for over 400 million years. But they might not last another decade for one reason alone: shark fin soup.
Shark finning, the brutal practice of slicing off the dorsal fin of still-living sharks, then dumping them overboard to die a slow death, may wipe out what's left of the ocean's shark population. Will we act in time to save the sharks?
