During last winter's East Coast snowstorms, the right-wing media wouldn't stop blathering about how global warming was a hoax. South Carolina's Republican Senator Jim DeMint tweeted: "It's going to keep snowing in DC until Al Gore cries 'uncle.'"
Funny how during this record-busting heat wave, nobody is saying anything smarmy about global warming. Smart people, of course, know that weather events have little to do with global climate change. But nobody's accusing right-wing media pundits of being smart.
