Green Groceries: How to Select Greener Eggs

Easter is right around the corner, and you know what that means. Bunnies and eggs galore!

But whether you're buying eggs for an upcoming holiday or just for breakfast, you should know exactly what you're buying. Size can have a bigger effect on nutrition than you might expect, and Grade can make or break a dish.

As for social responsibility, do you know what kind of farm your eggs came from? The eggs themselves may not suffer, but that doesn't mean the hens that laid them didn't. Certain labels found on egg cartons mean a lot while others mean little to nothing at all. Can you tell the difference?
